Assistant Professional Officer(IT Change Control Coordinator) – City of Cape Town

What are the requirement:

  • A relevant professional ICT qualification
  • Applicants with higher tertiary qualifications (e.g. B degree) will be given preference over a National Diploma
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • 2 years’ experience in IT Change Management
  • Experience in working with an ITSM tool & Reporting
  • Computer Proficiency – MS Office Packages, SAP

What we expect from you:

  • Provide comprehensive IT Change Management administrative support within the IT Change Management team
  • Ensure effective IT Change Management Communication to various IT stakeholders
  • Coordinate and maintain the seamless operation and continuous improvement of the IT Change Management System
  • Assist in developing and promoting robust policies, procedures, and standards to govern the IT change management process, ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting on IT Change Management activities
